ParseBounce sends through your own provider account — AWS SES, SendGrid, Mailgun, SparkPost, Postmark, Mandrill, or SendPulse. Connect your credentials once, and send campaigns and transactional email through the infrastructure you already use.
Do I need my own email provider?
Yes. ParseBounce sends through your provider, so you connect an AWS SES, SendGrid, or Mailgun account in the dashboard. You stay on your own sending infrastructure, IP, and reputation — ParseBounce adds the campaign tooling and deliverability tracking on top.
How does automatic tracking work?
Every email you send through ParseBounce is tracked automatically — bounces, complaints, deliveries, opens, and clicks appear in your dashboard. Connect your provider's webhook once (we give you the URL) and events flow in real time.
What are the sending limits?
Sending limits depend on your plan. The free tier includes a generous monthly allowance. Paid plans offer higher volumes, and you can always connect your own provider for unlimited sending through your own infrastructure.
Can I use my own domain for sending?
Yes. Verify your domain via DKIM DNS records or verify individual email addresses. Your emails are sent from your own domain, maintaining your brand and sender reputation.
