What email providers are supported?
ParseBounce supports sending through AWS SES, SendGrid, Mailgun, SparkPost, Postmark, Mandrill, and SendPulse. You can connect your own provider credentials or use ParseBounce Mail for a zero-config experience.
Do I need my own provider credentials?
No. ParseBounce Mail lets you start sending right away — just verify your domain. If you already have a provider account (AWS SES, SendGrid, etc.), connect it in the dashboard to send through your existing infrastructure.
How does automatic tracking work?
When you send via ParseBounce Mail, all delivery events — bounces, complaints, deliveries, opens, and clicks — are automatically routed to your project dashboard. No webhook setup required. If you use your own provider, you can configure webhooks to get the same tracking.
What are the sending limits?
Sending limits depend on your plan. The free tier includes a generous monthly allowance. Paid plans offer higher volumes, and you can always connect your own provider for unlimited sending through your own infrastructure.
Can I use my own domain for sending?
Yes. Verify your domain via DKIM DNS records or verify individual email addresses. Your emails are sent from your own domain, maintaining your brand and sender reputation.
