By accessing or using ParseBounce ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ParseBounce is an email delivery monitoring service that helps you track bounces, complaints, and deliveries from email service providers including AWS SES, SendGrid, Mailgun, SparkPost, Postmark, Mandrill, and SendPulse. The Service processes webhook events from these providers and provides analytics, suppression management, and alerting capabilities.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Billing

ParseBounce offers various subscription plans with different features and limits:

• Free Plan: 500 emails/month, 1 project, 1-day retention
• Personal Plan: 5,000 emails/month, 2 projects, 7-day retention
• Pro Plan: 50,000 emails/month, 5 projects, 30-day retention
• Business Plan: 250,000 emails/month, 20 projects, 90-day retention
• Enterprise: Custom limits and features

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited emails
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

7. Aggregated Data and Global Intelligence

To improve email deliverability for all users, ParseBounce may collect, analyze, and utilize anonymized and aggregated data from email events processed through the Service:

• What we collect: Anonymized patterns such as bounce rates, complaint rates, and delivery statistics associated with email domains and cryptographic hashes of recipient addresses (not the actual email addresses).
• How we use it: To identify problematic email addresses and domains, detect disposable email services, and provide deliverability insights that benefit all ParseBounce users.
• What we never share: Your recipients' actual email addresses, message content, sender information, or any data that could identify you or your recipients individually.
• Industry standard: This practice is common among email deliverability services and helps protect all users from spam traps, invalid addresses, and other email delivery issues.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by ParseBounce and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data but grant us a license to process it as necessary to provide the Service.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ParseBounce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ParseBounce from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease, and your data may be deleted according to our data retention policies.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
