Follow these steps to start monitoring your SendPulse emails
Log in to SendPulse → SMTP → Settings → Webhooks section.
Copy your unique SendPulse webhook URL from ParseBounce settings and paste it in the Webhook URL field.
Enable the events you want to monitor: Delivered, Bounced (hard/soft), Spam Complaints, Opens, Clicks, Unsubscribes.
Save your webhook settings in SendPulse.
Send a test email through SendPulse SMTP and verify events appear in your ParseBounce dashboard.
SendPulse SMTP webhooks do not include signature verification. ParseBounce uses a unique, secret webhook URL for security.
Hard bounces indicate permanent failures (invalid addresses) and should be removed from your list. Soft bounces are temporary issues like full mailboxes that may resolve on their own.
ParseBounce supports SendPulse SMTP service webhooks. For bulk email campaigns, use SendPulse's built-in analytics.
SendPulse SMTP supports custom headers. Include X-ParseBounce-Id header when sending to track campaigns or batches.
